The name’s Jack Bonner, a born-and-bred Arizonan and certified son of the desert. I’m currently in Uni, taking up finance with the ultimate aim of becoming a certified public accountant specializing in forensic accounting. Besides studying, I’ve taken a part-time job as a bank clerk.
I’ve been a sports fan all my life and became an ardent follower of the U.S. rugby scene in my teens. Since then, I’ve counted the University of Arizona Rugby and USA Rugby being my two favorite teams and have played rugby with friends for fun and for small community competitions here and there. With my love of sport comes my love of fitness, and when I’m not crunching numbers, I’m doing crunches and lifting at the local gym. Exercise helps ease stress, after all.
On my lazy, do-nothing rest days, I try ( the operant word being “try”) to watch Game of Thrones before reading spoilers. Some of my other favorite marathon folders include Friends, Black Sails, and One Piece (I had a pirate phase in my youth that left quite an impression). I also enjoy listening to hip hop and EDM. Occasionally, the nakama and I find the time to catch a concert or live performance.
